中華電信用戶無法連接本站的處理結果

針對先前中華電信用戶無法連接本站,經本站長向中華電信反映後,中華電信回覆可能是由於主機商擋掉中華電信的DNS 查詢,經站長請求主機商測試後,很遺憾地,主機商提供的測試結果問題主要來自中華電信。主機商的回覆信件如下:

We’ve completed our testing of your personal DNS and found the following :

We are unable to find any block in our network infrastructure at this time for 168.95.1.1, however, whilst that may be the incoming IP for queries to DNS, it may not be that companies outgoing IP address for DNS queries. As we do not have access to their network, we are unable to verify which address(es) they may use for outgoing queries, access any relevant log files, or compile traffic usage from their systems to ours to find where their issue lies.

Querying your DNS from alternative external sources, for example 8.8.8.8 (which is Google) or 208.67.222.222 (OpenDNS), your personal DNS settings are being returned successfully, and therefore are properly configured.

Likewise, directly querying your DNS Servers ( ns1.espinda.co.uk 213.171.208.184 for example)

returns the correct result.

We can only find that whilst one particular ISP may not be able to query your Personal DNS servers, the servers themselves are fully functional and are working as expected.

We therefore advise that you contact the ISP involved so that they may test their own systems to find where the issue may lie, resolve the problem at their end, or contact us directly to discuss any problem them may be having contacting the servers.

With regret, we are unable to provide you with a resolution to your issue at this time.
