那些藐視國家公園法的雨衣們

《攝影游擊隊 2019 年8月 太魯閣國家公園報導》

位於花蓮太魯閣國家公園內白楊步道尾端，是知名的水濂洞。不少遊客夏季前來就是為了享受洞內沁心涼的消暑快感。然而整個步道一路上都是造訪過水濂洞後棄置的雨衣，這些在國家公園內大量拋棄的塑料垃圾，除了破壞環境生態，更彰顯了國民素養。

即便是依國家公園法可以處罰亂丟垃圾的人，這些大量棄置的雨衣依舊造成國家公園管理處整理上的困擾與麻煩。曾有媒體新聞報導此事時，有關單位表示些許遊客棄置的心態是希望能讓這些塑料材質的雨衣能被再利用。只是問題是誰會去穿別人穿過的雨衣呢？
